A national website/resource and Facebook peer-support group for adults supporting an elderly parent, friend or relative ("carents"). Client Groups Served is Adult Working Age/Older Person - this is about caring for older adults, not raising a child or young person with SEND, so it's the wrong population for this dataset even though it's a genuine, well-run resource.
