Why it wasn't imported
A generic online tutoring marketplace - checked the listing directly, no SEND-specific framing, categories or evidence found (unlike e.g. Trugs/TTRS which are explicitly built for reading/literacy difficulties). Cost is not the reason for exclusion (paid tutoring is fine where genuinely SEND-relevant, see docs/scope-rules.md) - the reason is no SEND-specific evidence found. Worth a second look if that changes.
