Free, confidential group and one-to-one support for children and young people aged 5-19 (up to 25 with SEND) with emerging emotional wellbeing difficulties - low mood, anxiety, managing emotions, bullying, friendship problems, loneliness - plus specialist bereavement support. Text 'Buzz' to 85258, self-refer via the Wakey Wellness app, or call.
