West Yorkshire Metro runs public transport tickets and concessions (discounts) for bus and rail. This includes the Inclusive Travel Team. We cover all five West Yorkshire districts.

Apply for a disabled or blind person's bus and train pass

Free travel on West Yorkshire buses and trains for people who are blind, plus free off-peak bus travel and half-fare off-peak rail for people with a qualifying disability.

Book a door-to-door AccessBus if you can't use standard buses

A door-to-door minibus service operating across West Yorkshire seven days a week, 9am-5pm, for anyone who finds it difficult to use standard buses. Drivers assist door-to-door including boarding and alighting. Free with an English National Concessionary Travel Scheme (Disabled or Blind) pass; otherwise a flat fare applies, with children paying half price. Mostly local journeys - shopping trips and some social visits. Registration and 2 working days' notice required to book.
