Import queue
Import queue
The real, live state of which local authorities' data has been researched and imported so far, and what's still ahead - published openly since this is a demo of the process, not just the output.
Before any fresh research, each working session checks two things first: anything sent back from review for another look, and any pending reconsideration request on an excluded listing - both get a real decision (accept and import properly, or decline with reasoning), not left sitting.
Calderdale
All 15 pages of the source directory's Services listing are now worked through. The Cloudflare block on pages 10-15 is resolved (the front-end challenge cleared once with a human solve; a Drupal 'Just a moment' JS check on individual pages also turned out to auto-clear on its own in an automated browser tab). Round 2 total across this reopening: 43 new organisations, 74 new services, 26 exclusions logged with real reasoning, and several existing records fixed for missing/under-scoped local authority tags.
Wakefield
The full A-Z browse of the source directory's 156 services across all 16 pages is now complete. Marked done per CLAUDE.md's definition - worked through with full research discipline throughout, not a claim that every conceivable listing exists in this dataset.
Bradford
DONE. Schools-in-scope backlog and the full raw A-Z crawl (all 93 pages / 922 listings) are both complete as of 2026-08-15. Moved to Leeds next.
Leeds
DONE. Leeds has now been comprehensively worked across many firings: Things to do (all sub-categories), Preparing for adulthood (all sub-pages, including the previously-thin PfA family resource and Policies and Information, both confirmed genuinely empty of importable content), Advice and support (both large directories fully done - 22/22 and 44/44), Have your say (all sub-pages checked, including the governance-only Child Friendly Leeds Wishes/Annual Reports/News, all confirmed to contain no new importable services beyond what is already in), Health and Social Care, specialist SEND places and settings (all 5 sub-lists complete), Early Years, Elective Home Education, Transport, Inclusive Mainstream Practice (checked in full - genuinely policy/framework content only, no real listings anywhere in this section), About the Leeds Local Offer (checked, empty). MAINSTREAM SCHOOLS FULLY COMPLETE: all 5 primary regions (227 schools) and all 5 secondary regions (44 schools) = 271 real school listings worked through with full research discipline; the very last unresearched item (Allerton Church of England Primary) was found and imported this firing, closing that out. All 10 Mainstream Post-16 colleges done. No further "not started" sub-pages remain anywhere in the site's navigation - every top-level section (About, Advice and support, Education, Have your say, Health and Social Care, Inclusive mainstream practice, Preparing for adulthood, Things to do, Transport) has been worked exhaustively.
Sheffield
Done. Final firing: checked pending reconsiderations/rework_notes before starting and again before closing - none. Filled the last real gaps: Community Mental Health Team (adult 18+ complex needs, CAMHS transition) and Community & Special Care Dentistry imported. Then did the promised final structural sweep of every top-level Local Offer section plus 'About the Local Offer' and 'Tell us what you think' - found one more real cluster under 'Useful links to other services and organisations' (Fusion SEND Hub, Sheffield Parent Carer Forum imported; Sunshine Support excluded as a paid commercial company, Changing Our Lives and In Control excluded as policy/campaigning bodies with no direct family-facing service, Autism Alliance UK excluded as a trade body for organisations not families, South Yorkshire CANN excluded because its domain has been taken over by an unrelated US political site). 'Tell us what you think' confirmed to be entirely process/complaints/mediation-rights information with no distinct service providers named - nothing to import there. Every top-level section and every sub-hub found along the way has now been opened and worked at least once, with real per-item research, dedupe, and genuine exclusion reasoning throughout.
Essex
DONE. General search directory fully swept (all 79 pages). SPACE, Crisis Support and the SEND Local Offer Roadshows sections also swept and their genuinely new content imported. Checked the remaining top-level guide sections (Help with learning incl. Day Opportunities, Education and childcare options; I think my child needs help incl. Support with everyday tasks; Health and wellbeing; Appeals/advice/mediation; Funding; Advice for young people; Contacts) - confirmed these are pure informational/signposting content, and the "Finding a day opportunity provider" and "Support your child with everyday tasks" pages explicitly point back to the same general directory already fully imported, rather than hiding a separate service list. Essex has no equivalent to Sheffield's hidden health hub - all real service data lives in the one directory, now complete.
Hartlepool
Hartlepool: ALL top-level categories now DONE. "Living Well", "Home and Housing" (13/13), "Money Matters" (9/9), "Family, Friends and Carers" (10/10), "Warm Hubs" (1/1), "Working and Learning" (11/11), "Things To Do" (7/7), "Staying Safe" (3/3: Hate Crime 9, Safeguarding 12, Scams 1), "Digital Support" (1/1: 6 items, 1 new), "Ithrive - Getting Help" (confirmed genuinely empty, 0 items), "You and Your Community" (5/5: Befriending 22, Community Hubs 29, Community Transport 2, Public Transport 1, Volunteering 24). Hartlepool is complete.
Schools sweep (GIAS): Sheffield & Leeds complete, Essex/Hartlepool/Wakefield/Nottingham/Nottinghamshire remain
Sheffield and Leeds both complete (Leeds backfilled against 431 pre-existing orgs, see body). Nottingham + Nottinghamshire added to scope 2026-08-28 - clean slate, both AP and mainstream schools in scope, 568 combined raw GIAS establishments (Nottingham d=133, Nottinghamshire d=132; LAESTAB prefix 891=Nottinghamshire, 892=Nottingham within the combined results). Still to do: Essex and Hartlepool (clean slates), Wakefield (4 pre-existing, needs backfill like Leeds), Nottingham + Nottinghamshire (fresh import, largest LA pair yet).
Add an idea for the queue
A link to a directory, a document, or just a note about what to look into next. It'll be added to the bottom of the queue, unprioritised, exactly as typed - nothing here gets researched or published as a real organisation or service automatically.
