A genuinely useful consolidation this round: Airedale NHS Foundation Trust turned out to have eight separate children's-relevant listings scattered across pages 3-4 (audiology, dietetics, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, the Child Development Service, orthotics, and wheelchair services) - all merged under one organisation record ("Airedale NHS Foundation Trust - Children's Services") with eight distinct services, rather than eight separate org records. Adult-only versions of several of these (rehabilitation, SLT, audiology) and the Trust's general PALS/translation services were checked and excluded as out of scope or already covered by the children's equivalent.

A real process fix landed mid-round, not just content work: traced why Bradford had made zero progress via the overnight cron despite it running - the site's directory is a JS-rendered SPA that 403s on WebFetch (unlike Wakefield/Kirklees), so paging through it needs the actual browser click/scroll tool, which had been deliberately left off Claude Code's permission allowlist. Every unattended Bradford firing was silently stalling on an unapprovable prompt. Schools support kids in mainstream via SEN Support and publish their own statutory SEND/Local Offer page - exactly what this dataset is for. source_url regression caught and being fixed (2026-08-12): Jonny asked directly whether the "view the original listing" link was on excluded-listing pages - it wasn't, for almost everything. This exact fix had already happened once before, documented in CLAUDE.md with the technique - then quietly stopped being applied for ~15 rounds because CLAUDE.md was never re-read after a context compaction earlier this session. Real backfill started same-session: worked pages sr=0 through sr=200 of Bradford's directory (21 of ~93 pages), fixing 28 real excluded-listing records with their genuine source_url. 391 Bradford exclusions still missing it. Worked the schools-in-scope backlog: 5 more Bradford mainstream schools researched and reimported as real Organisation+Service pairs (draft, unpublished) - Beckfoot Heaton Primary School, Co-op Academy Grange, Keelham Primary School, Our Lady of Victories Catholic Primary School, Bingley Grammar School. Also found and declined a genuine pending reconsideration (on the excluded 'Social care for children' page) - checked the cited Bradford CFT page directly plus the trust's full site navigation; confirmed no dedicated Disabled Children's/SEND team exists there, original exclusion stands.
