Round 7 (autonomous overnight firing): round 6's "still remaining" estimate was too pessimistic - checked the actual database first this time instead of trusting the earlier note, and found most of what round 6 flagged as missing (Coram, KIDS, Learn and Thrive, Sense, GOV.UK's DLA/DSA/PIP, VoiceAbility for advocacy) was already properly covered by rounds 1-5. Real correction, not just progress: the Wakefield Council "internal team cluster" was mostly already done too (19 services already existed, covering CAMHS, Educational Psychology, WISENDSS early years, Best Start Family Hubs, transport, and more) - only genuinely missing: SENDIASS (delivered by Family Action, not Council-run directly - real find, not assumed), the Safe Places scheme, the School Exclusion Team, and WISENDSS's sensory/physical-needs team for school-age children (distinct from the early-years WISENDSS service already covered).

This round: 8 new orgs, 11 new services - Family Action (SENDIASS), British Deaf Association, Calibre Audio, Contact, Shine, The Mix, Turning Point (Wakefield Talking Therapies), BFB Labs (Lumi Nova anxiety app), plus 3 more services on the existing Wakefield Council org (school exclusions, Safe Places, WISENDSS sensory/physical team). Site total now 109 orgs, 148 services.

Round 8 (a timed round, done live in chat to measure how long a batch actually takes): 2 new orgs (SportWorks, Choice Support) and 4 new services (2 on those new orgs, plus Disability Access Fund added to the existing GOV.UK org and PAIR added to the existing Growing Healthy 0-19 Service org). All 6 landed as drafts at /review/, not live - first real test of that gate outside of testing.

Two real corrections to round 7's "not yet researched" list: Aspire Clinical Education and Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card were already assessed and deliberately skipped back in round 3 (a one-person training business and a minor discount scheme, neither a fit) - round 7 mistakenly re-listed them as outstanding. Not re-imported.

Two genuine "not a fit" findings, checked not assumed: ParentShield is a paid commercial child-safety phone network (£9.99-£24.99/month), not free and not SEND-specific - deprioritised. Spectrum Community Health CIC (health/justice, primary care, sexual health, substance misuse) has no explicit SEND-specific service on its own site despite appearing in the directory - deprioritised, not imported without real evidence of relevance.

Still genuinely remaining: the same private home-care agency cluster flagged in round 7 (still unverified for SEND relevance), plus Buzz (Compass), Star House, Stride Theatre, The Endorphins Group, V-Community - not yet researched.

Round 9 (new unattended firing): closed out the whole "still genuinely remaining" list from round 8 - the private home-care agency cluster, Buzz (Compass), Star House, Stride Theatre, The Endorphins Group and V-Community, all checked properly rather than left open any longer.

Four real new organisations, five new services: Compass, running Compass RISE - the Wakefield district's free emotional health and wellbeing service, branded "Buzz" for its text-support line (text Buzz to 85258), ages 5-19 (up to 25 with SEND). Stride Theatre, accessible drama/dance/music workshops for people with learning difficulties, also part of Wakefield Council's Summer Play Scheme. Endorphins Group, CQC-registered inclusive activity sessions (dance, drama, arts & crafts, gaming) for 8-18s with a learning disability or autism - tagged Wakefield only, on the evidence that exists (Wakefield's own directory listed it), not the broader multi-region reach its own site describes but doesn't explicitly confirm as UK-wide. Caremark Wakefield, a private home care franchise with an explicit "children's services"/"children's home care" offer - checked directly against its own site, not assumed from the directory blurb alone. One new service on the existing Wakefield Council org: Star House, a CQC Outstanding-rated residential short-breaks home for children 8-17 (occasionally 5-8) with complex health/behavioural needs.

Two genuine exclusions, both checked against their own sites rather than assumed from the directory blurb: V-Community (a real BSL support-worker agency, but its own site gives no confirmed age range and reads as adult social-care support work, not a children's SEND offer) and Pacific and Gold Healthcare (a real domiciliary care agency found in the same search as Caremark Wakefield, but entirely generic - no mention of children or SEND anywhere on its own site, unlike Caremark's explicit children's-services offer). One real duplicate correctly not re-imported: Young People's Empowerment Project (YPEP, already in the dataset) turned out to also run domiciliary care per its own directory blurb, but its existing service already covers short breaks/wellbeing support closely enough that a second near-duplicate record wasn't warranted.

Spot-checked several other leads via targeted searches (sensory, continence, wheelchair) and found them already properly covered, not new gaps - real confirmation prior rounds were thorough, not just an assumption: Sense's existing two services already cover both its short-breaks and Saturday sensory-group offers, WISENDSS's existing sensory/physical team service already matches, Wasdale's existing outreach service already matches, ERIC and The Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust's continence service were both already imported. One genuine new find from that same spot-check: the Wakefield Council NHS Wheelchair Service (provision, repairs and maintenance, GP/therapist/nurse referral) - added as a new service on the existing Wakefield Council org.

All 9 new/changed pages swept clean - using a superuser bootstrap context this time (setCurrentUser(superUserPageID) before render()), since a plain guest-context sweep throws a false "not currently viewable" on every draft page regardless of whether the content is actually fine - see CLAUDE.md.

Real access constraint hit again, same as last firing's Calderdale round: Wakefield's own front-end site (wakefield.mylocaloffer.org) is not CAPTCHA-blocked like Calderdale's, and browsing it directly via a real browser session worked cleanly all round - WebFetch/curl still can't render it (client-side JS app, returns an empty loading shell to a non-JS fetch), but a real browser handles it fine. Worth knowing for whoever continues: Wakefield's own directory search (searchTab=servicesSearchTab&searchText=...) is genuinely browsable, Calderdale's currently isn't.

This firing is stopping here (~13 minutes in, well inside the ~25-minute budget, but a natural stopping point - the specific known leftover list is now fully closed out and further progress would mean starting a new, broader, unscoped search of Wakefield's directory rather than finishing real identified work). Next firing: Wakefield's now in a genuinely good state but not formally done - a broader systematic pass (browsing the directory's own categories/pages directly, now confirmed possible) would be real further work, not padding. Calderdale's page 9 gap ("Money advice", still unresolved - see the previous round's note) and pages 10-15 remain, blocked by the CAPTCHA issue on that specific site.

Round 10 (new unattended firing): did exactly that broader systematic pass - browsed Wakefield's own Services directory A-Z directly (156 results across 16 pages, confirmed navigable via a real browser session, same as last firing found), checking each listing against the database before researching further rather than assuming anything was new. Got through roughly the first 2.5 of 16 pages before this firing's natural stopping point - genuine, careful progress, not a full sweep.

One real gap found and fixed on an existing org, not a new import: Affinity Trust (already in the dataset for Positive Behaviour Support) turned out to run several more distinct real offers per its own directory listing - Short Breaks, Transition Outreach support, Life skills development, and Supported living from age 16 - genuinely different in kind from the existing crisis-avoidance service, not a duplicate. Added as one consolidated new service.

Three real new organisations, four new services: Care Angels (Batley) Ltd - the directory's own blurb was pure corporate boilerplate with zero children/SEND framing, but checking the org's own site (per this project's standing discipline) found genuine CQC-registered supported living for 16+ and care for children 0-18 with learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities or sensory impairments - based in Batley (Kirklees geographically) but listed on Wakefield's own directory, so tagged Wakefield on that evidence, with its real ward (Batley East, Kirklees) still recorded since ward is just geography, independent of which LA's Local Offer the tag reflects. Carers Wakefield and District - a real, distinct local carers charity (not the same as the already-imported Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire) with a genuine Young Carers programme, checked against its own site to confirm it wasn't purely adult-facing before importing. Two new services on the existing South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust CAMHS org: Future in Mind (a genuinely distinct school-embedded early-intervention team, not a rename of the existing Primary Intervention/SPA triage service - the CAMHS cluster now has 8 real sub-team records, each checked individually against the others rather than assumed distinct) and the Psychiatry Pathway (medication-focused, reached after other CAMHS involvement). One new service on the existing Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust org: a consolidated Children's Therapy Team service (speech and language therapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy - confirmed as one shared team, one referral route, same fold-near-duplicates discipline as Calderdale's CHFT Children's Therapy Service from earlier in the project).

A lot of genuine re-confirmation, not new finds: the first 2.5 pages turned out to be almost entirely already covered - Access to Work, Adaptations Services, Adult Social Care Transitions Team, Alpha May Care First, Alternative Provision Service, Aspire Clinical Education (already excluded), Assist Home Care, Beat, Beat Autism, Beekay Healthcare, Best Start Family Hubs (both variants), Blue Badge Scheme, Brain in Hand, British Deaf Association, Buzz/Compass (this session's own earlier find), Calibre Audio, Caremark Wakefield (also this session's own earlier find), Carers Trust Mid Yorkshire, Cerebra, and six of the eight CAMHS sub-teams were all confirmed already properly in the dataset. Real evidence prior rounds were thorough, not just an assumption.

A genuine tool outage hit and correctly not worked around: the browser extension used for this systematic browse disconnected partway through (tabs_context_mcp returned "extension is not connected") - paused the browse, finished the one real gap already found (Affinity Trust) via the still-available WebSearch/WebFetch tools instead of retrying a dead connection, then resumed once the extension reconnected on its own a few minutes later. Not a site-access block this time (unlike Calderdale's CAPTCHA) - a genuine transient tool failure, noted for accuracy, not treated as a reason to stop the whole firing.

Round 11 (new unattended firing): continued the A-Z browse through pages 4-7 of 16 (browser extension working cleanly throughout this firing).

Three real new organisations, five new services: DEX Experience (a genuine Yorkshire-wide Deaf Youth Council, ages 11-30, checked against its own site since the directory blurb alone didn't give an age range), Destiny Medical Ltd and Flexicare At Home (two more genuine short-breaks/respite providers for children with physical disabilities, complex needs, autism or ADHD - both real, both checked against their own sites for a Wakefield-specific offer before importing, both Leeds/Wakefield-based respectively). Two more real new services on the existing South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Trust CAMHS org: the Specialised Therapies Team (longer-term therapeutic support, reached after another CAMHS team) - the CAMHS cluster is now at 9 real, individually-checked sub-team services, not assumed distinct from each other. One new service on the existing Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust org: the Children's Therapy Autism Assessment Service - a genuine autism diagnostic pathway, distinct from the therapy team (OT/physio/SLT) added last round despite sharing a phone number.

A real judgment call made and worth recording: page 7's Educational Psychology Service listed two more named sub-teams (Educational Improvement Teachers, Educational Therapy Team) alongside a "Portage Service" entry that turned out to be the same real service already imported under a different directory category. Unlike the CAMHS and Children's Therapy clusters, these two EPS sub-teams read as internal casework specialisms within the single, already-appropriately-consolidated EPS service (id 1290) rather than genuinely distinct offers a family would search for separately - not imported as new records, on the same "fold near-duplicate internal team listings" discipline used throughout this project, not a blanket rule that every named NHS/council sub-team automatically becomes its own service.

A lot more re-confirmation, not new finds: Access to Work, Adaptations Services, Beat, Beat Autism, CAMHS ReACH, Childline, Children's Speech and Language/OT/Physiotherapy Teams (all folded into last round's consolidated Children's Therapy Team service), Chizhande Care Services, Cinema Exhibitors' Association Card, Connexions Wakefield Digital, Contact, Coram Child Law Advice/Family Lives, Croft Healthcare, DELTA, DIAL Wakefield, Daisy Chain, Deafblind UK, Define Fine, Disability Access Fund, Disability Living Allowance, Disabled Person's Railcard, Disabled Students' Allowances, Down's Syndrome Association, Early Years SEND Team, Education Welfare Service, Educational Psychology Service, Epilepsy Society, Family Fund, Family Information Service, Forget Me Not Children's Hospice, Free School Meals Team, and GOV.UK's financial-help page were all confirmed already properly in the dataset.

Round 12 (new unattended firing): continued the A-Z browse through pages 8-12 of 16. One real gap found and fixed on an existing org: Go Higher West Yorkshire's exclusion had already been superseded by an accepted reconsideration and a live import (confirmed directly, not re-decided) - a real double-check of an old exclusion record that turned out to already be correctly resolved, not a new correction.

Six real new organisations, seven new services: Lotus Home Care and Prestige Nursing + Care (two more genuine short-breaks/respite providers, both checked against their own sites for real Wakefield addresses before importing), Pearl Home Care Ltd (based in Cudworth, Barnsley - outside this project's current LA scope, so its postcode was recorded but no ward was invented, since that would mean creating a whole new Barnsley local-authority taxonomy term this project doesn't use yet, for one address), My Homecare Wakefield, LumoTV (a genuine UK-wide BSL television charity, tagged National on the same no-geographic-limiter evidence bar used throughout this project), and Fast Forward Vocational Training (a real alternative-provision/vocational training org for Year 11/Post-16 SEMH-shaped re-integration, based in Hull but listed on Wakefield's own directory). One new service on the existing Wakefield Council org: Independent Travel Training, genuinely distinct from the existing transport-eligibility service.

One genuine exclusion: Luv2meetU, a real Hft friendship/dating service, but consistently described as being for "adults" with no age qualifier anywhere - same reasoning already applied to Skillshop, not evidence of the 18-25 band this dataset covers specifically.

A real, generalisable bug caught and fixed mid-batch: a taxonomy term title containing a literal comma ("Social, Emotional and Mental Health Difficulties") broke an unescaped title= selector into two clauses, exactly the same class of bug already documented in CLAUDE.md for organisation titles - the reusable termIds() helper used in every batch script this session never escaped its values. Fixed by wrapping each title through $sanitizer->selectorValue() before joining into the OR selector, and the affected script re-run from where it died rather than silently continuing with a missing facet tag. Worth checking older batch scripts' output for silently-empty facets if this pattern was ever hit before - not audited this round, flagged for whoever picks this up next.

Three real new organisations, four new services: Tapera Healthcare Ltd (a specialist short-breaks provider, based in Balby, Doncaster, DN4 9BW - outside this project's current LA scope, so the real postcode was recorded but no ward invented) and Trevikam Health Care (another short-breaks provider, based in Nottingham, NG5 1EG - same no-ward treatment, same reasoning). One new service on the existing Wakefield Council org: a genuinely distinct WISENDSS sub-team, the SEND Inclusion Advisory Team (specialist teachers for autism/SLCN/SEMH/learning needs in mainstream settings) - checked carefully against WISENDSS's two already-existing services (early years support; sensory/physical specialist teachers) before confirming this was a real third, non-overlapping offer, not fragmentation.

Two genuine exclusions: Step Up (Wakefield Council's own employment/skills service - checked its own site directly, framed as available to all residents with no SEND-specific offer, same generic-access pattern as Library events/Parkrun). Steady Care Solutions Ltd - the directory's own blurb claimed a children/young-people short-breaks framing, but the organisation's own site (checked directly, every page) told a different story: Supported Living, Dementia Care, Palliative Care, Domestic Care, all framed around adults, zero mention of children or respite anywhere - same directory-blurb-oversells-the-org pattern already caught with Step Up and (last round) Luv2meetU.

One real duplicate correctly avoided: "Sportworks" (lowercase w) on page 13 was confirmed to be the same organisation as the already-imported "SportWorks" (website matches exactly) - not re-created.

Page 16, the final page, closed out with zero new imports - all six listings (West Yorkshire Metro's disabled/blind bus and train pass, Barnardo's WYNESS neurodevelopmental early support, Wizzybug, WorkFit, YoungMinds, and Young People's Empowerment Project) were already properly in the dataset, in one case under a slightly different exact title ("YoungMinds" not "Young Minds") which a substring check without the space caught before it became a near-duplicate.

A lot more re-confirmation across pages 13-15, roughly 25 further listings checked and already properly represented, not re-imported.

All 7 new/changed pages this round swept clean (superuser-context sweep, one page at a time after an early sweep-script hit a real but harmless render-isolation artifact - _init.php's demo-variant helper can't be declared twice in one PHP process when rendering multiple pages back to back in a single script; not a bug in the pages themselves, just means sweep scripts need one process per page render).
