Check whether other LAs have their own "out of district" equivalent

Not yet confirmed either way - Bradford's Local Offer happens to have a named "Out of district education provision" category, which is what surfaced this whole thread. Calderdale, Kirklees and Wakefield's own directories haven't been checked for an equivalent section. Worth a quick look next time one of them is being worked, rather than assuming Bradford is unique in having one.
