If you disagree with a decision about your child's EHC plan, you can appeal to the SEND Tribunal. It's free and you can do it yourself.
Appeal to the First-tier Tribunal (Special Educational Needs and Disability) if you disagree with a local authority's decision on your child's EHC needs assessment, the contents of their EHC plan, or the school/placement named in it. Free to use; you can represent yourself or bring support.
