Get support building a relationship with your baby (PAIR)

PAIR gives free one-to-one or group support. This is for expectant parents, and parents or carers of babies up to 2, who are finding it hard to bond with their baby.

Free support - one to one or group sessions - for expectant parents and parents or carers of babies up to two years old who are finding it hard to bond or tune in to their baby's needs.
